  • Engaged company in the rebrand, explored values and redefined propositions to market. Including a complete overhaul of website, marketing materials, exhibition stands, client documentation and templates and training materials. Produced brand guidelines, standards and templates. Rolled out a best practice approach to producing client proposals and responding to ITTs.
  • Brought CITI’s client centres for excellence networking club to the attention of C-Level directors leading business change by refocusing meeting topics from technical issues to board level priorities.
  • Led marketing and new business development through a core team and through engagement with the consulting team.
  • Recruited and coached new business managers. Managed and engaged in Consultant recruitment campaigns.
  • Developed relationships with a large network of clients who are responsible for leading business change and professionalising project and programme communities in UK Gov and FTSE 500 companies.
